UC知道WIN2000系统启动出现死机,高手来

我的电脑是Win2000系统的,在启动的时候出现自检，然后出现一大堆英文
然后就每任何反映了，也就是死机到那了，请高手来帮忙
出现英文的内容如下
one of your disks needs to be checked for consistency,you may cancel the the disk check ,but it is strongly
recommended that you continue
windows will now check the disk
volume serial number is 352C-11DC
windows is verifying files and folders
file and folder verification is complete
windows has made corrections to the file system
等问题圆满解决了，我再追加分数，谢谢，望高手前来解决困扰我的问题
是在自检的过程中出现那么多英文过后，接着就黑平了,我等了40分钟,还是那样,还是黑平,进入不了系统,急切盼望高手来帮忙解决,在这里谢谢了,等圆满解决问题后,我在追加分数

因为没有正常关机.
系统在下次启动时会进入扫描系统文件.
在此期间不按任何键.会完成扫描.下次启动不会再出现.
如果启动间按了键.跳过扫描.下次还是会有扫描过程.
你非法关机了,电脑需要检测硬盘错误,不会停那的，慢慢的等会
按电源键，再启动一下
