现代管理已经进入了一个以人为本的管理新时代,管理科学已经向着管理艺术方面发展。人力资源管理将用远景、授权、宽容、沟通等手段让员工满意,给员工一种信任,实行员工自我管理。
进入21世纪,企业间的竞争会越来越激烈,竞争的核心是人才的竞争。随着未来企业组织越来越网络化、扁平化、多元化和全球化,未来企业人力资源管理也必将在管理目标、管理理念和管理方式等方面发生新的变化。
文章论述了人力资源管理的内涵及其在现代中小企业管理中的重要地位,分析了我国中小企业人力资源管理的现状,指出了其中存在的问题和误区,并探讨了在新经济下顺应国际大趋势,积极推进我国中小企业人力资源管理工作的几点对策。
本文从新的高度以新的眼光,采取断然对策,以求突破性地开拓人力资源开发与管理的新局面。
