存太多的东会不会损害电脑

我的电脑装了很多的东西电影也很多，我80G的硬盘，现在差不多用了40G
装的软件也很多，各种photoshop 3dmax 等大的软件我都装了，有的还装了两个版本，因为不是一个人用我的电脑，偶尔我爸爸用，我想知道这样是不是对硬盘很不好。因为最近我觉得电脑在打开文件时总有那种像是划盘的声音请高手们帮帮忙。

磁盘碎片整理一下，然后把不用的东西删掉，用优化大师清理一下垃圾文件和冗余注册表，然后下面这个存成 垃圾清理.bat格式，清理一下临时文件什么的就可以了
