我安装完细胞4后正常进去游戏在new game 进入后就出现loading等待一会出现如下错误是怎么回事？

可能是你的影音编码或者解码器的问题
因为你是在 loading的时候出现的问题
那时候应该是播放游戏的短片
所以推测可能是那个问题
建议你
重新装一下暴风影音或者k-lite应该就可以了``
