应该翻译成"你的账户被限制了"!!!!什么意思?就是你完了.钱被paypal黑了.

paypal和贝宝是两个完全不同的公司。
如果你查询一下，你就知道了。贝宝只是paypal在国内的合作公司，不是paypal的子公司。
另外，贝宝说的他们有1亿用户也是对消费者的误导，因为就算paypal拥有1亿客户，也不意味着贝宝拥有一亿的客户。
好像东风日产公司如果说它的客户有多少多少是美国人或者日本人，那它是误导你。因为东风日产公司和日产公司是两个完全不同的公司。
另外，paypal和贝宝是不可能接轨的。因为国内的外汇管制很严格，paypal是没有可能完全进入中国市场的。
如果想使用Paypal接受外国的钱，只能去paypal注册国际用户。没有中文接口。你只能找懂英文的人帮忙了。
