摘 要 目的 研究社区康复对精神病患者的防治效果。方法 2004年5月至2006年5月对阳江市江城区抽样点进行了精神疾病调查，同时对其中84例重性精神病患者进行有针对性的药物、心理、工疗、家庭护理等综合性社区康复治疗，并对康复治疗前后患者的服药落实率、病情显好率、劳动能力等进行对比分析。结果 康复治疗前后服药落实率由康复治疗前的33.33%上升到89.29%（x2＝53.1, P<0.01），病情显好率由19.05%增加到80.95%（x2 ＝61.93，P<0.01），劳动能力恢复由10.71%增加到30.95%（x2＝8.14，P<0.01），关锁率由15.48%（13/84）降为5.95%（5/84）；肇事率由2.38%（2/84）降为0。结论 社区康复治疗能显著提高精神病患者的健康状况和生活质量，降低肇事率。
