味道（不）正宗 用英语如何表达？

我要说在中国吃的奶酪不像国外那么正宗，或者国外吃的烤鸭比不上中国的正宗。应该用哪个词比较好？NATIVE?

Flavour (not) like the locals/ not like the flavour in its native land.

we normally just say...the flavour isn't like the ones in XXXeg china..france

we add the country name in as well.

或者是XX菜做的地道不地道的"地道"怎么说好

genuine或real更好一些

it's not the real taste
