如何区分hate to do sth 和hate doing sth（最好给个例句说明

hate doing sth是一个经常性的动作
hate to do sth是指具体的一次动作

hate doing sth与hate to do sth没有什么太大的区别，通常可以互换。
但hate doing sth 常指习惯性的动作，而hate to do 表示“一次性的动作”。如：
I hate reading.我讨厌读书。（习惯）
I hate to go with you.我讨厌和你一起去。（一次性的动作）

前者表示讨厌未作过将去做
后者表示习惯性的
I hate swimming.
I hate to swim with you.

TO DO 是要去做 DOING 是正在做
