We live with them, grow up with them and often take them for granted. They work hard, take us on exciting holidays, give us food, clothes and take good care of us. In return, we often shout at them, make their living area noisy and dirty and expect them to understand and love us at all times! So, who are those wonderful people? They are, of course, our parents.

It is certainly not easy to be young. There are so many changes and so many problems and so little experience to help us. Our bodies and minds are changing fast, and the whole experience can be frightening. In fact, many of the answers to these difficult problems can be found from our parents. They have already dealt with most of the problems we face.
