随着饭店业的迅猛发展,饭店业内竞争加剧,饭店间竞争越来越体现为人才、员工整体素质的竞争,而这种竞争实际上是饭店所拥有的人力资本的较量。员工的高流动率一直是饭店经营管理中的一个突出问题,这不仅给饭店企业的正常运营造成影响,而且一直困扰着我国饭店业的发展。因此促进人员有序流动、避免人才流失、最大限度的留住核心人才是一个饭店确保其核心竞争力的
关键。
本文从员工流动的现象入手,对饭店业员工流动对企业的正面影响和负面影响进行了探讨。从社会经济制度、社会观念、饭店管理观念和方法、激励机制、以及员工自身的原因等方面,全面分析了员工流动的原因,并从饭店的薪酬制度、用人制度、绩效管理、发展环境、企业文化等方面探讨如何控制饭店员工的流失。建议饭店重视员工自身发展需求,实行“人本”的管理,拓宽员工在饭店中的发展空间。最后作者还对本单位员工流动的成因进行分析,提出了改进人力资源管理的建议,以达到控制员工流动的目的。
