你可以先把句子翻译成这样：The family develops from common to prosperity on the foundation of learn.
所以，如果按照你的句子，应该是这样：Learn is the foundation on which a family develops from common to prosperity.
至于第二句：Learn is the foundation of builting up a family to come to prosperity.
不能说它不对，可是老是觉得很别扭，这样不是更好吗?
Learn is the foundation of builting up a family from common to prosperity.
或者是：Learn is the foundation of builting up a family to prosperity.

learning is the foundation of cuilding up a family to come to prosperity

第二句话啊，第一句from common to prosperity.
太中国式了呢。
