我在国外网站刷招行信用卡没有成功，网站给我发邮件，谁能帮我看下什么意思,我当时在美国的网站上输入的是16位的卡号和效期限，但是一直都没有交易成功，后来网站给我发来了邮件，内容如下,谁能帮我看下是什么意思，我是不是不应该只输入卡号呢？如何才能交易成功呢？
