课程免修如何翻译成英语？

研究生英语开课前进行了一次考试，考试及格就不用上英语课了，这应该算免修吧，用英语如何翻译呢？要正式的翻译，用在简历上。

课程免修 - exemption of examinations
免修课程 - Course Exemption

免修课 - an exempt course
我英语课程获得了免修。
