昨天问朋友们选啥? 选A选B的都有,我选的是B,但答案给的是A,今天问哈你们,为啥选A. 谢谢解答.

二者都可以,其实英语没有那么多严格的规则,在google搜一下你就知道了

我认为主语还是The girl，是人物。only one只是修饰主语。SO定于从句用who引导。

that!
因为宾语前面有only 修饰，只要有only,best 等极限词修饰，后面的定语丛句就要用that 引导

the only one限定的是人，所以必须选who

因前面有the only one作限定
