Good morning, everybody!
The old year silently passed out.
A brand new year has arrived.

Let us all gather round and cheer,

Let’s sing . let’s dance and let’s shout
“ Happy New Year!”

I’ve had bad things in the past,
But I know in my heart that these will not last.
Listen up, these are my new year resolutions. I will be gentler, smarter, healthier.
I will try to squeeze some time each day to help my mom and dad.
I will stop to smell flowers and to gaze at the blue sky each day.
I will be neat and watch what I eat.
I will lend my helping hands to the people I know as well as the people I don’t know.
I will read more books and let my imaginations run wild.

With wonder, hope and good wishes
I welcome the new year with my open arms.
