2.The students in his class are mostly boys.他班上的 学生大多数是男生。
我们老师都知道第1句的most和第2句的mostly不能互换，但学生做题时并不这样认为，请给我指教下怎样给学生讲解。Thanks very much.

most 当作多数讲时，是一个形容词或名词

你可以说 most people 或 most of his friends

但你不可以说 mostly people 或 mostly of his friends

mostly 则是一个副词

用于修饰动词

The earth here is mostly clay.
这儿的土大部分是黏土。

Most of the Americans use their cars mostly for their job.
大多数美国人的汽车主要是用来上班的。
