UC知道高人救救我的电脑吧,小弟跪求

我上几天下载CS1.6后，玩着玩着就会出现如下字幕，按什么键也没用，只重启：
A probldm has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer ,if this screen appears again follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space ,if a driver is identified in the stop message disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates ,try changing video adapters
check with your harduare vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your compter,press F8 to select advanced startup optins, and then select safe mode.

重装系统，另外再装一个“一键还原”
我就这么整我的电脑的
C盘磁盘空间不足了吧，或者是你的显示器电源不合理
建议备份C盘我的文档数据 然后格式化C盘 重装系统
