UC知道急！！根据该信用证应该怎样做单证

1.Manually signed commercial invoice in 3 copies indicating this L/C no.
2.beneficiary’s statement certifying that 1/3 original B/L or transport document plus one complete set of non-negotiable documents have been sent to applicant directly by registered airmail or courier.
3.2/3 set plus two non-negotiable copies of maring/ocean bills of lading made out to the order of union bank of Taiwan notifying the applicant of this L/C and this L/C number marked freight collect.
另外：NOTIFY PARTY 应该写什么？？我第一次根据信用证做单证，拜托各位前辈详细指教

是FOB条款,由第三点可看出海运提单做成凭台湾联合银行指示,通知信用证申请人,标明运费托收.
原则上该栏一定要按信用证的规定填写,被通知人即收货人的代理人或提货人，货到目的港后承运人凭该栏提供的内容通知其办理提货，因此，提单的被通知人一定要有详细的名称和地址，供承运人或目的港及时通知其提货。若l/c中未规定明确地址，为保持单证一致，可在正本提单中不列明，但要在副本提单上写明被通知人的详细地址。托收方式下的被通知人一般填托收的付款人
