运行程序报错“Fail to init language,the program will terminate”

我安装了一个《玩转手机》，安装的过程一切正常，但是点击图标以后，就跳出ERROR“Fail to init language,the program will terminate”.
另外这个电脑在使用MCF时，在状态栏显示的是日文，不知道有没有关联，望歌手提供一个解决方案。

"Fail to init language" 说的是“语言初始化出错”，它要用的那种语言的某些东西（例如动态库，字体之类）没找到。
“the program will terminate” -- 程序运行终止。
