UC知道ubuntu安装到磁盘分区死机

ubuntu安装速度相当慢,好不容易到磁盘分区,可是要不是没有反映,就是一直读盘一个多小时都没有动静,试了十几次还是不行,这是为什么?怎么解决
The problem is very common in Ubuntu edgy dist(6.10).
Some user advise to get back to install base system after encountering the problem, but it can't not be work out.
