which way do you like most to keep fit?why?

I would prefer to stick to below 3 methods:
a. Proper amount of exercises, which are the ones you enjoy because that's the only way you can be motivated to keep doing so;
b. Healthy diet, men are built by the food they take, feeding yourself with healthy food, but not poison yourself simple because of the taste and temptation; and
c. Healthy lifestyle - the habits you've been living on, determines how long you live.

I think do some exercises is the best way for me to keep fit. Because it is the most healthy way. It is not only good for keep fit but also good for our body
