开机弹出Just-in-time Debugging对话筐

详细：An exception 'Runtime Error' has occurred in Script.
However , no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception. Unable to JIT debug.

请尝试关掉IE里面的禁止脚本调试选中。
IE-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced-->选上 Disable Script Debugging(internet explorer)

IE-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced-->选上 Disable Script Debugging(other)

搜索machine debug manager，mdm。
