UC知道邮件不能成功的递送到指定地址。这是一个永久的错误。怎样解决这个问题?

最近我给一个未曾联系过的电视台发E,总是出现上面的错误弹回.往其他邮箱发都可以!试过用新浪,163的邮箱去发送也是同上结果.很是着急,请各路高手帮我分析指点一下,不胜感激!(对方邮箱正常地址也没错)
以下是我用163发信后弹回的信息:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

这句才是关键，意思是你发的这个邮箱地址不在系统允许发送的范围之内。
可能是进系统的黑名单了吧。。。你不用新浪和163的发算了。
