xzcrysta 的回答中的should应该去掉，不然有责备的意思。
understand 是理解的意，就是说那个人应该知道生产进度的详细过程，但是一般客户只要知道你们生产到什么程度了，比如完成了工作量的百分之多少，所以我认为know 要好一些。

I think you have got enough material to have a complete view of the manufacturing/ producing process.

I thought you should already have the enough material to understand the production process.
