Owner: You have good taste. This is a very ancient vase. It is valuable. But since it is you, I will only charge you forty dollars.

Customer: Forty dollars? I think it is too expensive.

Owner: It is not expensive. My price is very reasonable.

Customer: Can't you give me a discount? This vase is old. There are some crack lines on the bottom. You are lucky to have it sold out.

Owner: You can't say like this. Although this vase is ancient but it is worth the money. The porcelain of this vase is very fine and good quality.

Customer: So are you willing to reduce you price or not? I am sure I could find a vase similar like this somewhere eles.

Owner: Okay. This is my baseline. I will charge the vase for thirty two dollars. How about it?

Customer: Let's make it thirty dollars. If you are not happy with it then lets call this deal off.
