因为要划分14个子网 2的4次方是16 可以满足划分子网的要求
IPV4地址的二进制是 例如:11111111.11111111.11111111.11111111
前三个是11111111.11111111.11111111.是C类地址,不需要改动,最后一个拿出4位来划分子网,用高四位来划分,是0001,0010,0011.....一直到1110 再把最后几位换成对应的十进制就是了~
掩码C类地址是255.255.255.0,因为最后的用到了四位就是11110000
对
