14. The law governing this Agreement shall be the law of XXXXXXX.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Arbitration in Law at the International Chamber of Commerce in XXXXXXXX, which shall be conducted in accordance with its Arbitration rules in effect at the time applying for arbitration.
The arbitral award is final and binding upon both Parties. Each party shall designate an arbitrator and the third one shall be designated by mutual consent by the two previous ones. The third arbitrator shall act as President of the Tribunal. The decision shall be delivered not later than two months after the acceptance of the post by the President of the Tribunal.
