第一个正确，也可以作on January 12th,2006
第二个应该是at the end of this year/month
第三个应该是by the end of this year/month

如果是单单是看这三个短语的话，应该是没有错误的
on January 12,2006 指的是：2006.1.12
in the end of this year/month 指的是：在本年/月末
before the end of this year/month 这个比较是特殊的，要看语境的，要注意“before”的具体含义！！！！
