这个文件一般没什么用啊，
ghost失败一般两个原因：
1.恢复时使用的ghost版本过低，最好使用最新的ghost8.3，不过看起来你用的好像就是ghost8.3
2.备份文件损坏，是不是对镜像存放的分区整理过，如果是这样的话，那你就重装系统吧。
