我晕了，这根本不是什么问题，这是系统磁盘检查，在启动时检查了你的H盘，可能是你上次关机时非正常关机，所以导致再次启动时检查磁盘。如果你正常关机后还出现检查这个磁盘的情况，就是说每次启动电脑后都会检查这个磁盘，我有两个办法：
1、把H盘的文件全拷贝到别的盘上，然后格式化这个磁盘。
2、在“开始－运行”输入“cmd”(不含引号)，在打开的命令行提示符后输入“chkntfs /x h:”（不含引号），这就禁止以后系统检查H盘了，以后要想让系统再检查时就输入“chkntfs /d”。再说一句，chkntfs这个命令对FAT不只能NTFS分区有效，对FAT分区一样的。
这是刚开机时，系统的扫描程序CHKDSK 在运行硬盘分区扫描，看有没有坏的系统扇区并加以修复！
一般出现这种情况，是你非法关机所至！不用管它，让它自动运行就可以。
