我的电脑正在用的时候出现兰屏上面出现这样的英语：
A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer
If this is first time .you've seen this error screen ,restart
your computer .If this screen appears again,follow steps:
Check to be sure you've adequate disk space message ,disable the driver the stop message ,disable the driver or check with the manufacture for driver updates .Try changing video adaptors.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates .Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components ,restart your computer ,press F8 to select safe Mode .

我也出现过类似的状况,一般来讲,蓝屏的原因有很多.如果是有规律的话,是病毒.否则,是硬件问题:蓝屏和内存条和硬盘关系较大.从你描述来讲,极有可能是内存性能不稳定,造成运行时突然蓝屏.当然也有可能是内存条和主板插槽接触不好.但先看CPU的散热有没有问题,看风扇有没有灰尘什么的.再试着把内存条金手指用橡皮擦擦拭然后重插一下.然后建议你和朋友换一根内存使用可以很好的检测你的内存条和其他的硬件.如果内存条没有问题的话,可能是硬盘有坏道了,维修店可以检测和适当修复的.如果都没问题,可能就是主板的稳定性了.
这种事情要慢慢来,可以解决的.
