摘要：自90 年代以来，随着我国社会生产力和科学技术的迅猛发展，海洋受到了来自各方面不同程度的污染和破坏，日益严重的污染给人类的生存和发展带来了极为不利的后果。我国近岸海域环境质量恶化的势头虽然得到了一定程度的控制，但是继续恶化的趋势仍未得到有效的遏止，因此，控制近岸海域污染刻不容缓。作为全国最大渔港和最大的渔货集散地－沈家门渔港，集外贸、 货物吞吐、渔用补给、海上客运于一体的综合性渔港，具有良好的区域位置和独特的经济优势，近年来更以海鲜夜排档闻名遐尔。但随着经济建设、社会发展、临港工业和农业的发展、小岛居民的大量迁移，海上和陆域污染物排放量急剧增加，使沈家门渔港的环境受一定程度的污染。本论文根据对沈家门渔港环境现状和海上、陆域污染源的调查，掌握沈家门渔港的污染状况，结合现状提出相应的污染防治对策，减轻沈家门渔港海域污染现状，科学有效控制近岸海域污染。
