me either 正确吗

不正确。只能说 me neither (我也不)，不能说 me either。
spring797请不要这么武断地下“neither没有放在句末的情况”结论。我在美国生活了11年，一直听到/说的是 me neither，从未听过 me either如此单独使用。另外刚刚特意去查了下英文资料，也都与我的看法一致。

补充：
可以将 neither 的打头字母 n 看作是否定，如果说 me either，就没有“我也不”的否定意思。而在句子
He does not like me either。(他也不喜欢我)
这里用的是 either，因为前面句子里面已经有了一个 not 来作为否定。

是Me either!或者说Neither do sb.!

either用于句末时,例如:

--I failed to pass the CET6 ,what about you?
--I didn't ,either.

或如:
--I don't like him.
--Me ,either.

either用于句首时表示:或者..或者..

Either you or he will be the CEO of our company.

neither只能用于句首时,譬如:Neither...nor...

neither表示全否定,如:

或在句首,如:
