请问 that woudld be...一般是什么语境下使用?

我见过:
1.--Would you like to go to the moves?
--That would be nice.

2.--How mach do they cost?
--That would be one hunderd and twenty dollars.

不是什么特殊句式，就是字面意思：那将会...
所以第一句就是说那很好啊，第二句就是说那会花掉120美元

将来时，猜测

like- approximately- dealing with numbers and cost

might- going /doing something

表示的将来的语态:That would be (rignt,great,beautiful等形容词）
