最近电脑老是出现蓝屏是怎么回事啊？

而且蓝屏时出现以一下英文:

蓝屏分软件和硬件,最近是否安装了新的软件或硬件,软件冲突和硬件不兼容都能造成蓝屏!再就是中毒,驱动不良,硬件松动或灰尘杀手都能造成.
安全模式看看能不能进,若能进就是软件问题,杀毒,卸载最近安装的程序或驱动.若不行重做系统.若还不行,就是硬件的问题了.建议你自己不用弄,拿到维修点看看,但是修理的时候你要他当你面修理,有的维修点会换掉你的好硬件.
