英语语法高手请近！

董事会认为马上印刷这些文件是十分迫切的．
根据句意应该这样译：The board deemed that was urgent to have these files printed right away.
第一句语法有错，改成：The board deemed that these files should be printed right away was urgent.
或者勉强，但用should be,与urgent 似乎语气不通。
第二句重复累赘。

以下二个句子，语法正确的有哪些？如果有错误，请指出哪里错了，为什么错了，谢谢！

第一句: 副词修饰动词, urgent修饰print显然不合适,应该用其副词形式urgently...
第二句: 第一个答复显然不好 "it are"这是什么句式, 只把is改成are是不行的,个人觉得一个句子同时用两个宾语从句有些不妥,应该把第二个从句改成强调句型,也就是在is后加so,既是完整的宾语从句,又强调了老板一定要快的意图.
