China, is one of the biggest country in the world with 960 km in square, China has the biggest population, 1.3 billion people. The country China first emerged about more than 4000 years ago and it is today one of the oldest civilization in the world. China was a empire up to 1911 and became a republic thereafter, along with Soviet, the USA, the UK, France and the other allies, China won the WWII and after the victory of the communists in the mainland 1949 the nationalists fleed to Taiwan. China was first a planning economic country, after Maos death in 1976, China turned gradually into a market economy system. China is today one of the fastest growing countries in economy.
