打个比方，你是一个部门的经理或主管，现在你要对其它部门做一个对你部门职能等的介绍，这个就叫Presentation。

或者，你们部门要发行一个新规定什么的，你要把细则详细讲给相关部门，这个也叫Presentation。

就是介绍甚麽的

像我们在美国上学就有很多presentations.就是上课会一组人做project,弄一个poster海报,然后做完了就要向全班presentations.

2.[U]the way in which sth is offered,shown,explained,etc.to others 提出(或展示、解释等)的方式.

4.[C]a ceremony or formal occasion during which a gift or a prize is given 颁奖仪式;赠送仪式
5.[C]a performance of a play,etc.in a theatre(戏剧等的)上演,演出.
6.[C,U](medical医)the position in which a baby is lying in the mother's body just before birth (胎儿的)临产胎位,产式,先露位置.
