Shuould Chinese people be encouraged to buy cars?

i don't think so.somebody told me that supported an American need 1/3 mid-east,and the chinese population is more than 3 times of american's,thus no enough resours to support so many cars in china.But,buy cars is NOT a wrong and you had better don't encourage to buy one.....
