“XXX”器皿、家具、用品设计
摘 要
现代人的生活方式、习惯和理念与20多年前相比有着翻天覆地的变化，改革开放打开了中西交流的一道契机，之后的20多年内，中西文化的逐步交叉、融合、蔓延、衍生乃至合壁造就了新一代的年轻人前卫的思想观念和行为方式。特别是对物质的追求，达到了穷奢极欲的地步，尤其体现在城市人群中。因此，从小小的饮食方面看，人们从不担心会忍饥挨饿，相反却为追求完美体型而不惜一切代价地瘦身。在铺天盖地的精致美食面前，人们似乎早已忘却他们父辈母辈当年粗茶淡饭的岁月，也忘却了路边食不果腹、衣不蔽体的穷苦乞丐，相反的只是对美食的铺张浪费、视而不见。如今人们对足食、美食早已司空见惯，再精致的美食也已成为顾客麻木的消遣。现代人缺的就是心理上的安慰、缺少爱、缺少包容、缺少奉献、缺少对生活的认识。
因此，为餐厅研究并设计一套专门的器皿、家具和用品以帮助解决顾客心理上的需求是有积极意义的。通过所设计的器皿、家具、用品，来帮助顾客与菜之间产生互动，就是本研究课题来源的初衷。
“XXX”是一家新开发的连锁餐饮企业，餐厅的器皿、家具、用品设计不仅关系到消费者的消费体验，还与品牌的传播效果紧密相关。餐厅的器皿、家具、用品设计需要依照现有的餐厅内部环境、企业品牌理念和形象特征、消费者行为及消费心理特征等因素，来定位器皿、家具、用品设计的基本概念、设计风格、细节特征，最后设计出器皿系统、家具系统、用品系统。
本毕业设计课题的研究内容为餐厅主打菜的锅、酒精炉的创意设计；餐厅餐具系统的设计；餐厅桌椅的设计；餐厅用品系统的设计。
本毕业设计课题的研究方法为基于本体和环境事实的数据、信息的收集和整理，基于产品设计的理论研究和分析，基于器皿、家具、用品与消费者合理、有效互动的设计定位，基于目标效果、成本和操作便利的设计，基于委托方的设计评价体系。还因为是实际课题，所以还需要与委托方全
