XP自动重起，蓝屏——求助！！！！！！！！！

随便进一个程序后，只要一会时间不按键盘，过一会只要一碰键盘上的任何键就会自动重起，我把系统错误自动重起关了以后，不重起了，但是蓝屏就出现了，出蓝屏后的英文如下（可能抄写时有错误，但是应该看得出大概吧）

screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new harduare or software is properly installed.If this is a new

installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might

need.
If probcems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software.Disable

BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or

disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and

then select safe mode.
