蓝屏内容最是英文，气死了，麻烦高手给看看，是硬故障还是软故障，我应该怎么处理（除了重装系统）：

根据你说的应该是软件冲突造成的,最近是不是安装了什么新的软件,卸载了应该就行,还不行恢复下系统.
这可能是安装软件发生冲突，或由于超频的原因，如果是超频的话，那建议不要超得太多。如果是软件发生冲突的话，把最近安装的软件卸载之后看会不会发生这样的情况
开机时按F8键，进入安全模式，然后选择最后一次正确的配置选项
蓝屏的原因就是应用程序和系统冲突了，把出现蓝屏是运行的程序重新安装
