《黑客帝国》中经常提到“They cut the hard line”请问这里的hard line是什么？

我觉得这个系列里面的hard line指的就是电话线，相对于无线电话，用实际的电话线缆的。因为他们可以通过手机跟接线员联系，但是必须通过电话线才能离开matrix。
