有两种，是"in the hospital"和"in hospital"。

意思是：

in the hospital：表示确切地点，一般用来说明事物的地点，如说一个人在医院可以用"in the hospital"

in hospital：表示状态，一般用来说明事物的状态，如说一个人生病了或者说受伤了住院等可以用"in hospital"。

in hospital在医院（工作）
at hospital在医院（生病）

in hospital（工作）
at hospital（生病）

in hospital在医院（工作）
at hospital在医院（生病）

in the hospital
at the hospital

我读初中的时候老师专门指出来的
in hospital 住院
in the hospital 在医院里（1）
