一进高中英语退步不少,主要不明白学些什么,请问谁有学英语的好方法?要有效果

when i was a high school student, i had the same trouble with me just like the present you.
now i have graduated from university, and succesfully passed my CET-6 , so i suppose maybe i am entitled to give you my humble advice about how to learn english well and effeciently
firstly, you said your english has regressed since you got enrolled in high school. it doesn't surprise me. becuase you have spent a whole idle holiday since you finished your entrance test. haven't you?
so it is very normal for you to find your english is rusty.( i had the same feeling as you when i was a freshman just fresh from a tired and long holidy) so, there is nothing to worry about , most of your classmates,if not all, has the same problem.
sencondly, learning english requirs huge hardwork and determained persistence. don't expect to master the langauge within one year or two years except you are a prodigy.
