UC知道本本最近蓝屏不断

我的笔记本是旭日150迅驰配置,前段时间运行时会有间发性蓝屏,重新启动一切正常然后过个1天有时候好几天有时候一天内几次蓝屏,蓝屏内容如下：

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appear again,follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space,If a driver is identified in the stop message disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates .Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

与迅雷无关。只能重新安装系统。因为造成这种情况的原因很复杂，很多
应该和连接数没关系,试着重装下网卡驱动试试
某个应用程序成问题了，注意是在运行什么程序时出现蓝屏的，然后重新安装此程序
