1.for all的意思是尽管、虽然，而且字典上的例句上说它后面跟的是名词，那它和in spite of及despite有区别吗？

表示"虽然/尽管"这个意思的时候没有什么区别,只不过in spite of 稍稍显的更正式一点.
请看牛津高阶给for all 的第一项释义就是用的是in spite of.

2 used to say that sth is not important or of no interest or value to you/sb:用来表明某事毫无重要性,没趣或者是没有价值.

而第二个意思则是in spite of 没有的.

C: It was the oldest known map已经是一个完整的句子了,后面的dated back to about 3,000 B.C.不能作后置定语.不过如果加上一个that 或which就可以了
