如果楼主是要强烈的质问语气，那否定的疑问句就ok了
Don't you really know that I'm still in love with you?
但是这样的话对方不好接受。
要是表白的话最好别这么强硬。

don't you know that i am still loving you?
or
i am still loving you,don't you know (that)?

I still love you,don't you know?

I still love you now ,don't you know ?

Don't you know I still love you now ?
