UC知道关于申请UBC准备材料的问题

我向UBC申请后今天它给了我回信,但信中有两个地方不太明白,希望师能有高手帮我解答一下,谢谢了
它信里说让我准备资料,然后
We'll begin evaluating your application once we receive all of your
Documents.
后来又说
You must demonstrate competence in the English language
before we can evaluate your application.
它的意思是我必须先过了托福,然后寄了成绩给它,我才能给它寄我的文件资料吗?
我可以先寄资料再考一边托福吗?
还有就是它还有一段说到In early spring, we will begin informing applicants of our decisions. We will offer admission based on interim grades to students who are currently attending and who present superior grades. If this might be you, please ensure we receive your interim official transcript by March 31. 这段我没太看懂,什么人需要准备呢，它所说的interim official transcript是什么文件呢

Documents和T同时发过去就OK了..
一般都让T先到 这样Documents一到 他们就可以直接进行了
否则他们就要等T 你的Documents就会被压下来
如果你T都还没考 就先弄材料 然后告诉他你预期可以考多少
考完了就发个邮件 告诉他 the sending score request is on the processing
让他等等
interim official transcript 汗 应该是说 比如期中考试成绩 这样的吧
如果没毕业 就教一个高三的上学期final过去
一般他们要学生最近3-4年的成绩 所以 会想要interim official transcript
我有一个学校就要了高三的上学期final
还有一个要了初中的 补齐了最近4年..
