Abstract: This paper starts from the origin of tax revenue planing-why should the corporations make their tax revenue plan? What's the goal that a corporation could reach with tax revenue plan ? At last, I'll show the analises of the use of tax revenue plan which could help a corporation to win the tax deduction and the result of after-tax-profit maximization by reasonable and legitimate tax payment .
